Parylene Nano-Coating Solution
Functional coating system(FCS) provides a unique and easy-to-produce nano-coating solution. It uses vacuum chemical vapor deposition CVD technology to perform nano-scale organic polymerization stacking, and uses gas diffusion flow field to control penetration into every tiny crack of the plated object for coating.
Electronic products are deeply damaged by water vapor penetration, such as PCBA circuit boards, connectors, IC components, etc., FCS nano-coating can be coated in an all-round way without affecting all appearance dimensions.
On the basis of not affecting the signal continuity, FCS nano-coating provides multi-functional protection solutions for electronic products IP level waterproof, salt spray resistance, chemical acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and high voltage breakdown resistance.
Parylene Nano-Coating Key Technology
(1)Monomer molecules are evenly distributed in the chamber.
(2) Active monomer molecules form a nano protective film on the surface of the product.
(3) Nanoscale film formation mechanism: 50nm~25000nm(0.05~25µm).

Characteristics and Advantages of Parylene Nano-coating
