Teflon-like high-temperature resistant nanofilm: Parylene-AF4
FCS offers Parylene-AF4 coating OEM and customized complete equipment development, providing semiconductor packaging-grade services. We provide Parylene-AF4 coating OEM services and customized Parylene-AF4 coating equipment, along with on-site installation, testing, and product integration services.
Parylene-AF4 has a lower dielectric constant (good high-frequency wave transmittance), good thermal stability, and strong water/salt spray performance. It can be used as a better protective coating for high-frequency microwave (GHz) components. Its excellent performance is as follows:
(1) Conformal coating: High AR (aspect ratio) = 50:1
(2) High temperature resistant: Long time operation 350°C / short time(12Hr) operation 450°C
(3) Dielectric strength: 5400 V/mil
(4) Dielectric constant: 2.1(K)

Characteristics and Advantages of Parylene Nano-coating
Conformal Coating
